     If you are having problems with your computer then contact us - we will diagnosis for free and then tell you what you will need done on order to get it fixed and what our price will be.  Most often we tell you over the phone if you tell us what your computer is doing. We can even put a different operating system back on your computer. Please understand that there are certain instances that do prevent us from putting Windows XP back onto your computer from Windows Vista - call us to see if we can first. Just give us a call and let us know what you need.

Please be advised that if there is a serious problem with your computer such and it cannot be fixed or restored we do charge a tech fee for looking at and trying to fix it. Out Tech Fee is $15.99 plus tax. This also applies for any system that breaks down and causes the computer to not work anymore while we are trying to fix it and is not due to our error.  Your Signature is your agreement to those terms.

 If you need to have software installed then we start at $18.99 for the first two software install and its an additional $9.99 for each software after that. If you have 5 to 7 software's that you would like installed then after the fifth one there are no additional charges unless you get to the eight software's that need to be installed.  Then we just charge you again starting at $9.99.  BUY A COMPUTER FROM US AND HAVE A SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON IT LIKE MICROSOFT OFFICE.

Customers are responsible for obtaining the license from the software company if they do not have one.
