indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
that result from your use of product sold by DFW
Recycled Computers– this includes Customer installing or
working on the product themselves – this will void the
warranty. If repair is needed then it has to be done by
a licensed technician and it is customers responsibility
to contact a licensed technician and contract them to
work on the product. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you.
Using Promotional Codes
Using Promotional Codes Unlike credit or debit cards,
Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at
the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will
automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the
total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used
prior to their noted expiration date and within a single
transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost,
stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your
purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the
coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be

Digital Coupon offer.
Return Policy
All sales made through the DFW Recycled Computers Web
site are subject to DFW Recycled Computers’ return
policy. There are no returns/refunds unless the following
criteria are met. Items can be returned if they comply
with the warranty. Items can be returned if they comply
with the money back guarantee. All Sales Are final
unless the previous criteria are met. All
Sales are Final since we deal with recycled/refurbished
equipment. We do not accept returns unless you have a
product that is not compatible - in that case you have 7
days from then date of purchase to exchange it with a
product that is compatible
In these cases shipping
labels will be sent to the customer by email for the
customer to send back the item. In the case of damaged
products from the shipper a claim will have to be made
with the shipper for the damaged product. If the
customer complies with the claim and the claim has been
completed we will ship another product. However is the
claim find that’s customer is responsible for the
damaged product then it’s the customer’s responsibility
for the order of a new product at the whole sale price,
plus the shipping rate.
If Product has a warranty then it will be listed with
that Product. If not then the product does not have a
warranty and all sales are final as part of the DFW
Recycled Computers Return Policy.
Shipping
Shipping costs will be noted per item during the
checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from
the cart before checkout. We will automatically default
to the least expensive method of shipping available, but
you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a
different service during the checkout process. If
Standard shipping is not available for the item you
selected, your shipping level will default to Expedited
service.
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per
pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping
service selected (Standard, Expedited, Express). We ship
through FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with
us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without
giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will
generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address
you gave us when you placed the order.

DFW Recycled Computers may, in its sole discretion,
terminate your account or your use of the DFW Recycled
Computers’ Web site at anytime. You are personally
liable for any orders that you place or charges that you
incur prior to termination. DFW Recycled Computers
reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all
or any aspects of the DFW Recycled Computers’ Web site
